Our College Campus

Jahan Institute Of Nursing Science was established in 2018 initially Marsur Anekal Main Road, Electronic City, Bangalore in one building, with four hostels 1 for girls and 1 for boys at Marsur Anekal Main Road, Bangalore-562106.

Our Laboratory Facilities

We have the following lab facilities at our college:

• Nursing foundation and Medical surgical lab
• Community Health Nursing Laboratory
• OBG and pediatric lab.
• Nutrition lab.
• Pre clinical science lab.

Our Library Facilities

• JINS Library is Well-stocked with numerous journals, textbooks and literature collections. The library also comprises a digital section which has internet facility and is stocked with audiovisual aids, and DVDs and CDs on a wide range of subjects to give students access to a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Apart from the textbooks a wide range of general knowledge, personality development and leadership skill books are also made available.
• Besides comfortable seating & reading environment, facilities such as photo copying, internet access, printing, Scanning & CDs, have been provided.
• Institution has subscribed to Helinet e-Books of RGUHS which provides 24x7 accessing to e-books which includes health journals and research database for accessing health related insight, written research, access to peer portal, these resources are web based can be accessed anytime.

Our Hostel Facilities

• "A home away from home", is the concept of hostels in JINS.
• Hostel rooms are of sharing type. The number of students accommodated in a room depends on the concentration and privacy required for the student
• The boarders are provided sports, guest rooms for parents and Wi-Fi facilities.
• JINS having Well equipped separate hostel for both boys and girls.
• Hostels have clean, organized, mess facilities, kitchens are spacious and care is taken to ensure that food is prepared under extremely hygienic condition.
• The ladies hostel is designed keeping in mind the needs of young women.
• The hostels buildings are installed with CCTV’s, to provide 24x7 enhanced safety and security to the students.
• Students are required to bring Bedding, Bucket / Mug and any other daily usage items.
• Electrical items like Heating Coils / Iron Box / Tape Recorders etc., are not allowed. Students are required to adhere to hostel rules strictly.
• Hostels have adequate water supply.
• Hostel campus has a temple of Lard Hanuman for the spiritually inclined students.
• A serene atmosphere with all conveniences such as play grounds, walking tracks, temple and parks

Our Sports Facilities

• The JINS provides sports and recreation facilities for the students.
• The sports facilities include outdoor games like basket ball, tennikoit, tennis, shuttle and badminton.
• There are facilities for indoor games like carom, chess and table tennis.

Our Transportation Facilities

• Bus is exclusively for the use of Nursing College, having seating capacity of 52.
• Transportation facility is available from Institute to:
• Hostel
• Hospitals
• Community health centre
• Observational visits in and around Bangalore until 100 Km

Our Clinical Facilities

• JINS having it’s parent Hospital, which is 100 bedded NABH accredited Hospital. Clinical facility is exclusively for the JINS students.
• JINS is also affiliated to Government general Hospital Anekal, which is 7 Km away from the institution.
• JINS is affiliated to Primary Health Centre Marasur, For rural community and CHC Anekal For Urban community health clinical experience.
